Connectone Group – Business Intern

The Business Internship is open to students from all academic disciplines with strong analytical skills and the ability to help Connectone’s clients and users. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you are deeply interested in recruitment service, project management, research and communication. You are also a self-starter who brings a determined, solution-oriented attitude. Many intern roles within this program do not require technical skills and they could include managing internal data, developing creative solutions to improve processes, improving access to relevant information for the team, analysing large sets of data.

As an intern, you will be working on challenging projects with high impact during a 10-12 week paid, full-time internship. You will be assigned an intern manager who will help to identify project goals, inspire and mentor you, and support your professional development.
We are an executive search firm with a focus on hiring top talent for young and fast expanding technology start-up companies across SEA and HK.

We need to engineer our pile of data on talent into meaningful data that will allow us to engage, activate and match them to dream jobs!
As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work on projects core to Connectone’s core business, People Operations and Talent Management. Our internal recruitment team will determine where you fit best based on your CV and the preferences you indicate on the application form.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's program graduating between Dec 2017 and June 2019 (priority given to students in their penultimate year of study).
• Be able to complete a minimum 10 weeks between May and September 2018 in our Singapore office. We will accommodate your school schedule when determining the start date and duration.
• Returning to education on a full-time basis upon completing the internship.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with past internship in similar roles
• Ability to be a self-starter and an independent thinker.
• Demonstrated interest in the Internet and Connectone’s technology and business.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to take on highly strategic and challenging business problems.
• Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas.
