Key Objective: To work on a Facial recognition project and customise a web-based Software Development Kit (SDK) with additional features.
Description: The Facial Recognition Project Intern assists in adding additional customised web pages (with coding) as determined and directed by the Solutions Architect Team Lead. Additionally, the Intern shall assist and work with the Project Engineers and as well as Principal vendors as required. The Intern will also be assisting the Project Engineers to build mobile application that supports both Android and IOS platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in building custom web pages using SDK
- Interact with Principal Vendors and internal Project Engineers to understand the feature requirements
- Build Mobile applications based on Android and IOS platforms
- Perform functional & acceptance test
- Write reports and recommendations on how to improve the User Interface
- Assist in documentation build to track all configurations and changes
Skillset requirements & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Java/Python/C Programming Skills
- Proficient in HTML/CSS, JavaScript for Web Development
- Experienced in Objective-C/Swift for iOS and Android Mobile Development
- Willing to learn and get hands-on experience
- Willing to commit to the intern position for six months, with the possibility of a longer internship available
- Resourcefulness in finding information and answers from within and outside the company without prompting
- Respect for details; ability to execute accurately at a high level without excess supervision.
- Ability to prioritize/execute to achieve desired company and project goals with prudence and sense of urgency
- Good to have: ReactJS or AngularJS, knowledge in RESTful API implementation
