Job Description
- Direct customer service interface ensuring high service and support standards to achieve clients expectation
- Handles general reception and administrative duties
- Provides customer service support to in-house tenants and attends to client service request, feedback and complaints
- Assist in the daily operation of the Business Centre
- Assist in procurement, inventory control, simple invoicing and month end records and reports closing
- Assist in simple IT and office setup work
