Job Description
The exciting work at Crown Digital includes, but is not limited to
- Manage the Ella station’s inventory, maintenance, and fulfillment operations.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues with various stakeholders in the organization.
- Contribute to design, workflow and inventory optimization through your own hands-on experience running operations.
- Commissioning and installation of Ella equipment and stations.
- Eversys coffee machines’ diagnosis, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Events operations setup, support and teardown.
- Building and sharing of knowledge base of complex Ella system interdependencies
Crown Digital is looking for someone who
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driver’s Licence (preferred).
- Has experience in operating and maintaining coffee machines (preferred).
- Has the desire to learn and grow with our fast-evolving organization.
- Comfortable working in proximity to robots, and would like to make a switch to tech operations.
- Comfortable with shift work (able to work night shift will be a plus)
- Able to carry heavy items.
- Able to work on weekends (on a rotation basis within the team).
