Job Description
  • Assist in the retail recruitment process which includes shortlisting of candidates, liaising with hiring managers, coordination of candidates on the interview schedules, booking of meeting rooms and making offers to candidates. Assist in other recruitment related matters is also required.
  • Manage the work pass applications and renewals of office & retail staff.
  • Administer and maintain HRIS system.
  • Liaise with Payroll on matters pertaining to leave applications, claims and payroll processing
  • Generate monthly reports on a timely basis.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding, manage P-files(both office & retail staff)
  • Administer staff vouchers for retail temp staff.
  • Coordinate and provide support in company employee engagement activities
  • Other ad-hoc duties/projects may assign.
