- Job Description
Process payment through different types of payment mode
Greet, welcome and answer phone calls
Assist with customers order and serving
Respond to customer's complaints or queries in a professional manner and refer to Superior when needed
Keep work and preparation areas clean and organized
Use various selling techniques and upsell to customers for additional purchases
Ensure stock supplies are sufficient at customer area such as napkins, condiments and etc.
To notify superior or management should supplies runs low
