Greet and welcome customers
Provide excellent service experience
Well versed in different types of coffee base on customers preference
Prepare and serve a varieties of coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and techniques
Generate revenues by attracting new customers, defining new and expanded services and products
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company SOP
Handle cashiering duties and customers order
Assist on customer enquiries
Ensure food preparation area are clean
Maintain cleanliness on customers area and washroom
Ensure stock supplies are sufficient and inform management when inventories are low
Serve food to customers
Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
