Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer & Illustrator (Intern)

Job Type: 6 month paid internship

Start Date: ASAP

Reports To: Luca Bregoli, Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer; Kelsey Loke, Head of Marketing

Role Purpose: To design clear engaging graphics to be used in COVE’s point of communications. This includes graphics for website, social media, presentations, printed collaterals, and other marketing materials as needed. 


Core Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to create a variety of print and digital assets such as flyers, newsletters, sales kit, website graphics, icons, marketing ads, event visuals, tenant communications, marketing collaterals and so on. 
  • Understand creative directions and communication objectives, and transform them into innovative designs.
  • Transform text heavy assets to simplified and digestible visuals such as an infographic.
  • Support in the design and layout of presentations for external meetings.
  • Ensure consistency of design across assets, in line with COVE’s brand guidelines
  • Contribute ideas to COVE’s overall visual look and feel

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Essential

  • Excellent visual and technical skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite
  • Hands-on approach to graphic design

Preferred

  • Experience in HTML/CSS would be an added advantage
  • Hand drawing and illustration a strong preference

Core Skills/Competencies:

  • Creative individual with a keen eye for details
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proactive, able to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Self motivated and result oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
