Job Title: Investment Analyst Intern

Reports To: Head of Investment
Scope: We’re looking for Interns who would support the Investments team in the process of sourcing, analysis, negotiation and closing of new deals.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market research on target locations and demographics
- Analysis of potential residential sub-markets
- Undertaking pricing analysis
- Sourcing of deal leads through outbound cold calls and emails
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate teammate for further development and closure
- Updating database with new deals/leads
- Assist with the contract documentation process

- Strategic-minded, detail oriented and strong quantitatively
- Able to work independently and be part of a team
