• Responsible for stock accuracy and carry out stock-checks on actual product quantity against system quantity
• Ensure all documentations are completed accurately and in accordance to company policy
• Assist with incoming and outgoing stocks as well as stocks transfer
• Act as a witness to finalise any release / transfer of goods
• Ensure good housekeeping is done
• Any other duties assigned by superior

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level

Other Informations

• Minimum 2 years Admin / Retail / Stock management experience
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Takes initiative and pride in his/her work
• Meticulous and experienced in managing stocks and inventory
• Good communication skills 
• Proficient in MS Office such as Outlook, Excel & Word 
• Comfortable working in retail stores (44 hours work week including weekends and public holidays as per roster)
