- Job Description
The essential responsibilities include:
- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Develop a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of products and services that the company is offering to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide professional advice on products and services; offering a total solution proposition to customers.
- Maintain high engagement level with customers; ensure quality standards for customer service.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints and comments on a timely basis.
- Ensure housekeeping and workplace safety & health standards are met.
- Explain and perform product demonstration on the features and functions.
- Provide support to Tradeshows / Roadshows
- Any other duties assigned by your superior.
Qualifications
- GCE N Level and above
