Coty Prestige SEA – PR & Marketing Intern

Assist in go-to-market processes such as set-up and visual merchandising, collateral development. Engage contractors and 3rd-party vendors to ensure best-in-class executions in-store. Assist in design and development of new counters and podium sites.

Assist Managers and supervisors to organise PR events, desk-sides and briefings. Exercise creativity in developing and curating press kits.

Assist in tracking of shipments, stock status. Work on niche projects with key retailers such as Takashimaya and Sephora

Develop and cultivate a pipeline of tie-up partners, develop sampling and recruitment programmes aimed at increasing brand awareness and bounce-back to stores

Curate a pool of relevant influencers and content-creators for each brand and launch. Work with PR agency to engage influencers, and develop innovative social media angles to stand out from the crowd. Vet and monitor deliverables.

Lead creative works such as EDM design and content

Lead/Assist in any other projects as directed

Candidates must :

1) Be proactive, on-the-ball and possess a can-do attitude, as opposed to reacting only when asked or chased

2) Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

3) Be committed to quality executions and respect deadlines

4) Be fluent in English (native speaker), with good working knowledge of microsoft excel, powerpoint

5) Be outgoing and sociable, and enjoy meeting new people outside of immediate team. Inter-department work is expected.

6) Display strong team spirit, and prepared to go the extra mile

Experience in Communications, PR, marketing or events management a bonus but not required

6-month availability highly preferred
