COSL Drilling – HR Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in HR activities; recruitment, payroll and general HR day to day activities
• Assist in Recruitment activities; coordinate interview, medical examination and etc.
• Assist in preparing soft copy and hard copy of Personal File.
• Assist in formatting resume according to Company format.
• Assist in collecting data for payroll, statutory report, according to the requirements from management and Company group;
• Assist to furnish auditing documents per auditor’s requirements;
• Responsible for the payroll file management for the companies assigned, including the historic files;
• Ensure all data to be collected as per time scheduled
• Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Pursuing Diploma or Degree from Singapore Institute of Higher Learning
• Courses from Human Resource / Business Administration
• Detail oriented / organize / interactive / positive behavior
• Excellence in MS Office
• Figure oriented
