Responsibilities: 

• Support the end-to-end process of recruitment and onboarding
• Partnering and collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Sourcing potential candidates from various channels
• Screen incoming resumes and applications, shortlist and interview candidates
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Requirements:

• At least Diploma / Degree 
• No experience required as training will be provided
• Strong communication skills
• Motivated and persevering personality
• Keen interest in HR recruitment
• Able to work in a challenging environment
