Admin Assisatant (3 Months Contract)

5 Days Work Week, 9am - 4.30pm 

Library Assistant for 3 months contract 

Salary: $10/hr 

Responsibilities:

• Inbound Processing: Verification of data, tagging, repacking, sorting etc.
• Storage Management: Stocktaking, housekeeping etc.
• Outbound Processing: Sorting, Tagging, Issuing etc.
• Manage and upkeep the customers' database and ensure accuracy of data

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A-level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
