Connected Freight Pte Ltd – UI Designer Intern

The UI/UX intern will work closely with the UI designer, product team and development team to create holistic design solutions that address business and user requirements with consideration given to UI/UX best practices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with the UI designer to provide design support to the team’s projects, primarily focusing on user flows, interaction and user interface design
• Collaborate with teams to ideate, iterate and refine designs
• Understand and work within project parameters: Design goals and requirements, usability, and technical constraints
• Creating wireframes as well as high-fidelity mock-ups and translate it into simple, beautiful web and mobile experiences
• Prepare design assets and guidelines in a clean and clear format for developers to actualize the designs

Other Responsibilities

• Work with the Marketing team in the Philippines to create/design any offline or online marketing materials
• Support ad hoc design request and assist in enhancing presentation slides for executive presentations
• Create or update E-newsletter content

Pre-Requisites

• Degree or Diploma holder in digital design, web design or relevant fields
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or XD.
• Familiar with prototyping tools such as InVision, XD etc
• Highly self-motivated and self-driven with the ability to learn fast and think on feet
• Good time management and efficiency of completing assigned tasks
• A portfolio that exhibits competent web design or graphic design skills
