Confetti Marketing Pte Ltd – Livestream Operations Intern

Confetti is a marketing agency specialising in short video production, influencer marketing, and livestreaming. 

We're looking for a Livestream Intern to support the day-to-day running of Confetti's TikTok Shop and Shopee livestream operations. You'll get hands-on exposure to live-selling production, host coordination, and performance tracking — a great foot in the door for anyone interested in social commerce, content, or e-commerce operations. 

What You'll Do

• Assist in setting up and breaking down livestream equipment (camera, mic, lighting, ring light, OBS/streaming software) before and after sessions. 
• Support hosts during live sessions — managing product displays, restocking items on set, queueing promo codes, and monitoring chat for questions or issues. 
• Help schedule livestream slots and coordinate host availability across the week. 
• Track live performance metrics during and after streams (GMV, GMV/hour, viewer count, conversion rate) and help compile reports. 
• Assist with preparing talking points, product info sheets, and promo scripts for hosts ahead of each stream.
• Support ad hoc content needs — short clips or highlights from livestreams for repurposing on TikTok/Instagram.
• Help maintain a clean, organized livestream studio space and equipment inventory. 

What We're Looking For 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field. 
• Genuine interest in TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or social commerce/live-selling. 
• Organized and detail-oriented — comfortable juggling logistics during a live, fast-paced session. 
• Basic comfort with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking numbers. 
• Able to commit to a regular weekly schedule, including some evening or weekend slots when livestreams run.
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn in a fast-moving startup environment.
