Confetti Marketing Pte Ltd – Affiliate Intern

Confetti is a marketing agency specialising in short video production, influencer marketing, and livestreaming. 

We're looking for an Affiliate Intern to support Confetti's affiliate marketing operations across Shopee and TikTok. You'll help recruit and manage creators/affiliates, track campaign performance, and keep our affiliate pipeline organized — great exposure for anyone curious about influencer marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing. 

What You'll Do 

• Source and reach out to potential affiliates/KOCs on TikTok and Shopee to join brand campaigns. 
• Assist in onboarding new affiliates — sharing briefs, sample coordination, and platform setup (Shopee Affiliate Program, TikTok Shop affiliate/TAP). 
• Track affiliate performance (views, GMV, clicks, conversion rate, commission payouts) and help maintain performance dashboards. 
• Follow up with affiliates on content deadlines, product delivery status, and campaign requirements. 
• Help draft and send briefs, guidelines, and reminder messages to affiliates. 
• Support in identifying top-performing affiliates and flagging opportunities to scale successful partnerships. 
• Assist with basic data entry and reporting for affiliate campaign summaries shared with brand clients. 
• Monitor affiliate content for compliance with brand guidelines and platform policies. 

What We're Looking For 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 
• Interest in influencer marketing, affiliate/performance marketing, or e-commerce. 
• Comfortable reaching out to and communicating with creators/affiliates professionally. 
• Detail-oriented with basic comfort in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking data. 
• Organized and able to manage multiple affiliate conversations/follow-ups at once. 
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. 
• Able to commit to a regular weekly schedule. 

Nice to Have 

• Familiarity with Shopee Affiliate Program or TikTok Shop affiliate/TAP tools. 
• Personal experience as a content creator, affiliate, or KOC. 
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and GMV-based performance metrics.
