We are a registered employment agency with MOM since 2004. Our  Client, an MNC organization in the Logistic & Transport industry is seeking for a candidate to join the logistic/supply chain division .

• Receive purchase order from customers
• Send order acknowledgement.
• Check the stock in SAP system, raise purchase requisition when necessary.
• Make booking with forwarder (air and sea) for outgoing shipment.Inform customers with regards to delivery dates.
• Generate delivery order for warehouse to pick up the cargo and ensure the outgoing shipment has been picked up by the forwarder.
• Liaise and work closely with procurement team to maximize efficiency as it relates to Purchase Order Management.
• Compile operational data for submission to Senior Order Management Officer.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management
