Responsibilities:

• Assist in candidates management including basic screening and reference checks follow up
• Documentation and standardization of HR process-flow
• Compile HR policies and maintain HR intranet folders.
•  Assist in HR system management including system user manual and benefits administration
• Support training registrations and update records
• Support HR projects including benefits consolidation and recommendation, contracts review and admin support, compensation study
• Reception duties whenever is required

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintain confidentially at all times
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Team player and self-motivated
