About the Role

We are looking for an enterprising and motivated IT Intern who is eager to learn, explore new technologies, and leverage AI tools to improve IT operations and business processes. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or undergraduates with a strong interest in IT systems, automation, AI applications, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day IT operations and troubleshooting.

Assist in maintaining hardware, software, and network systems.

Explore and implement AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Work with internal teams to identify areas for process automation and digital improvement.

Assist in data management, system documentation, and reporting.

Support basic IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud-related tasks.

Participate in testing and deployment of new IT solutions and applications.

Requirements

Fresh graduate or undergraduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Enterprising mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative.

Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and software applications.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, automation platforms, or data analytics tools is an advantage.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
