Job Description

The Events Intern is responsible for managing restaurant outlets’ Event Sales including Private Dining Rooms, corporate and social events, preparing all sales agreements & event documentation, coordination and execution events, liaise with F&B departments and customers to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, during event and post-event phases with COMO Dempsey. This position primarily handles events of average complexity.

  • Managing Event Logistics and Operations
  • Ensures that events progress seamlessly by following established procedures, collaborating with other employees, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Generates sales agreement, deposits and correct billing information for every client booked.
  • Ensures billing accuracy and conducts bill reviews with the clients prior to processing the final bill.
  • Uses his/her judgment to integrate current trends in event management and event design.
  • Acts as liaison between operations team and customer throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event).
  • May require to work after office hours &/or during weekends for events execution.
  • Generates & provides a weekly updates, prepare regular reportings and administrative, or as needed by management
