Customer Service Officer (8am - 530pm & 6 Months Contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with marketing leads, provide information about our platform and guide them through the registration process
• Follow up with private hire drivers regarding missing documents
• Assist drivers during the onboarding process by answering questions and providing necessary support
• Handle driver walk-ins and address their concerns promptly and professionally
• Following up with GIRO authorisations
• Verify driver documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Follow up with drivers on their rental and vocational license expiry dates, providing reminders and assistance as needed
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Prior experience in customer support, sales, or a related field is preferred
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-oriented, flexible and adaptable
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working at Sin Ming Drive

Working hours

• 6-months contract 
• Monday to Friday 
• 8am to 530pm
