Coeus International Holdings / Xin Yuan Fei Education Hub – Front Desk Intern

• Respond and reply to all enquiries (wechat, telephone, and walk-in).
• Ensure that all materials are photocopied and ready for teachers to use.
• Set up the laptops for teaching before each lesson.
• Ensure that student sign- in sheets are completed.
• Inform teachers of any changes in class schedule or if students are absent.
• Provide support with the sales team in presenting invoices to customers and collecting signed agreements.
• Help teachers supervise the children during break-time.
• Assist in administrative duties when needed.

Job Requirements :

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese as communication will be done in these languages.
• Team player.
• Able to handle work pressure and respond fast to arising issues.
