Club Med Singapore is looking for a high-energy, dedicated individual who is interested in learning and assisting our Business Controlling Operations team working on 6 resorts (Bali, Bintan, Cherating, Phuket, Kani, Finolhu).
Role: Assist the Business Controlling team to monitor and control performance of SEA Resorts (operations) and ensure correct application of Group procedures.
Main tasks:
- Participate in the monthly closings: retrieve of P&Ls and reports
- Design/develop and automatize reports using financial tools: Hyperion Planning, Excel and VBA
- Develop and create new reportings to improve the monitoring of the performance of our profit centers (Spa, Excursions, …)
- Assist in the follow up of monthly Capex for SEA Resorts in coordination with Maintenance and Accounting teams
- Assist in information/data gathering and compilation when needed
- Ad-hoc assignments, if required you could be involved in internal control tasks (checking the strict application of group procedures and potential audit missions in resorts)
Requirements:
- Has first experience in Finance and / or Audit
- Is a rigorous and conscientious person, mindful of deadlines, creativity, involvement in your work, team spirit
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint (VBA technical skills is an advantage)
- Possesses good communication skills
*Candidates who can commit for a minimum of 6 months are preferred
