Job Description
- Recruitment through follow up on leads to meet manpower acquisition plan.
- Identify prospective candidates using various channels (job portals, social media platforms, networking).
- Assist in coordination - Finding leads, scheduling interviews ect.
- Track activities and provide reports for management.
- Meet KPIs.
Requirements:
Preferably 1-2 year(s) of working experience, Ex insurance Agent / ex Bankers are welcome to apply.
Familiar with social media platforms like: Facebook / Telegrams / LinkedIn.
Good interpersonal skills
