ClipperData is an innovative data company founded in 2013 that provides transparency to the energy sector with granular, real-time information on crude and petroleum product waterborne shipments, and proprietary monitors along rivers and inter-coastal waterways. Our clients include diverse market participants across the energy, logistics, and financial sectors. We are currently looking for interns to assist with image interpretation and data cleaning for some of our company's proprietary product in the energy space. The intern(s) would be responsible for coming into the office in Bugis on 2 weekdays from 1pm-6pm over a period of at least 3 months.This opportunity provides interns to experience the operations of a fast growing data start-up and contribute to reports published and sent directly to clients in the energy and finance industries on daily basis. The successful candidate will have close attention to detail, responsibility, and an interest in learning about markets.
Preferably undergraduates in computer science, statistics or analytics.
Pay will be $13 per hour.
