Job Description

We’re looking for a HR Executive Intern to be responsible for the day-to-day HR function within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the compensation & benefits management.

  • Manages the general and employee benefits for Singapore as well as Asia local subsidiaries.

  • Play a key role in employees administrative support from organisation onboarding, employees relations management throughout the employment, up to organisation exit process in both documentation and communication matters.

  • Responsible for HR document and data management and maintenance online & offline in a professional and timely manner for entire Asia local subsidiaries.

  • Supports and serves as the system administrator of various HR programs relating to the management of compensation & benefits, personnel data, leave & holidays, recruitment process, etc.

  • In-charge of HR reports in the areas of headcount updates, bonus scheme and performance management status monitoring, etc.

  • A key team member in managing the high quality employee communications and employee relations building for Singapore and Asia local subsidiaries.

  • And other ad-hoc office administrative assignments.


Qualifications:

  • Penultimate/Final Year student or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with regional stakeholders

  • Bilingual preferred (English and Mandarin)

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities during peak period

  • An Individual with a positive attitude with willingness to value add
