Local Account Executive (Permanent Role / Chinese Speaking / Locals Only)
We’re looking for an Accounts Executive who is experienced in accounting to be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance functions within the company.

*Required to speak and write in Mandarin, as you will need to support Mandarin-speaking colleagues from Asian counterparts.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily accounting duties and assist in preparing financial statements.
Maintain and improve the organisation’s admin and bookkeeping/accounting process.
Prepare audit and liaise with external auditors
Assist with administrative matters.
Daily book keeping, issue invoices, prepare payments, data entry and filing of supporting documents.
And other ad-hoc office administrative assignments.
Qualifications:
Min. 2 years of relevant work experience
Min. Diploma in Accountancy. ACCA qualification will be an advantage.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare reports and documents.
Bilingual preferred (English and Mandarin)
Required to speak and write in Mandarin, as you will need to support Mandarin-speaking colleagues from asian counterparts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail.
Forward-thinking and a problem solver, team player and positive attitude.
Accountable for assigned tasks, timelines and deadlines, able to multi-task and work independently.
