As a central securities depository (CSD) based in Frankfurt, we also provide the post-trade infrastructure for the German securities industry offering access to a growing number of international markets. 

Corporate Actions Intern (6 Months, Full-time)

Your Area of Work

As part of the Asset Services team, you will get insight into the processes and various tasks of corporate actions, particularly the Equity-Linked Notes. We offer you the chance to acquire valuable experience and to combine the theory of your academic studies along with practical knowledge obtained while working.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather and understand security information (i.e. from Depository, Issuer Agent)
• Process the redemption proceeds for the various markets according to deadlines
• Supporting in Analysing, updating and validating business processes
• Assistance in Project Management related to Robotics
• Maintenance and updating of Process Maps
• Administrative tasks e.g. filing and archiving

Your Profile

• At least 2 years’ of your tertiary education with focus on Business or Finance
• Competent handling of MS Office applications, especially advanced Excel and Macros
• Pleasure in working in a team
• Pro-active, willing to learn and propose improvements
• Good analytical and numerical skills
