THE ROLE:

The APAC CRM Intern is reinforcing the APAC CRM team to ensure successful roll-out of the CRM projects for the region, to drive the Clarins value of Customer-Centricity. He/She will assist the APAC CRM Project Assistant Manager to ensure local implementation of the projects, as per the planning defined and with the proper configuration/customizations required by the market. He/she will be a key partner for the successful implementation of new & best in class relational marketing tools in APAC.

He/she will also be responsible for fostering collaborative and positive working relationships with all the major stakeholders (local market business and IT teams, APAC IT team, HQ Business and IT teams in Paris), as well as contribute to reporting & data analysis on business performance.

He/she will also have the opportunity to work with key markets in APAC (e.g. China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore) to pilot innovations in enhancing Customer Loyalty, for future Global adoption.

Projects may include Online Loyalty Boutique, Clienteling app, Customer Data Management platform, Loyalty Program revamp etc.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Support Project Implementation

  • Coordinate project schedule with APAC CRM team, local market teams, and Global Project teams to track and manage the project timelines
  • Plan meetings with stakeholders from Global (Paris), Regional (Singapore) and APAC markets, animate calendar/ agenda/ minutes / follow up for each topic
  • Understand the business needs of the markets and support gap analysis by APAC CRM team to assess the best way to launch the project / tool into the respective markets
  • Support APAC CRM team in driving the change management with the local & global teams allowing a smooth GO-LIVE of the projects
  • Assist in creating working guides, SOP, Guidelines for the tools & products features after project GO-LIVE
  • Perform UATs and follow-up on the evolution roadmap

Data Analysis & Customer Lifecycle Management

  • Build Customer Intimacy: Monitor & analyse performance of market’s Customer Lifecycle/Relational campaigns using data visualisation tool (e.g. Qliksense)
  • Update monthly reports for projects/systems implemented (usage rate etc), CRM KPIs at APAC level
  • Assist in ad-hoc Consumer Behaviour analyses to help the markets increase understanding of their customers

Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title CRM Intern, APAC. 

YOU HAVE:

  • In process of attaining Business or Economics Degree/Diploma, ideally focusing on Project management/Business management/Marketing/Business analytics
  • Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good with numbers, have strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to communicate clearly and create good relations with others
  • Strong collaborator and resourceful in finding ways to get things done
  • Open-minded, adaptive to change and flexible in an evolving fast-paced environment
