Job Responsibilities

• Manage your portfolio of creator accounts to achieve performance goals such as increasing watch time hours, platform engagement, audience growth, community interaction, and company growth.

• Streamline operational procedures and process changes while driving, measuring, and analyzing overall creator performance against critical KPIs.

• Audit and analyze social media presence, engagement, and following, analyze social trends and statistics, and quantify the success of social media activities.

• To raise brand awareness, create and implement content across multiple social media channels - gifs, short video editing, stickers, stories (facebook & Instagram), TikTok

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase customer interactions, distribution, and business growth in collaboration with your team and cross-functional partners.

• Collaborate with the team to design and conceptualize innovative content ideas for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok from concept to execution through post-production.

Requirements

• Knowledge of different social media platforms - facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.

• Experience in editing content with mobile application using Adobe Premiere Rush, Splice, InShot, or Canva.

• Experience in photo editing using software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign
