- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mock-ups and detailed UI. Trainee should understand visual design specifications for web, mobile, and app interfaces
- Handle all design activities from conceptualization to production for digital marketing materials like website banners, product brochures, electronic mailers / newsletter and online collaterals, etc.
- Collaborate with product owners, digital marketers, designers and tech engineers to design and deliver the UI/UX needs for existing / new digital products, including prototyping
- Produce high-quality visual designs—from concept to execution, including icons and graphics at a variety of resolutions for web, mobile, and app interfaces
- Provide high-quality creative design works for branding, corporate identity, packaging, editorial design and marketing purposes
- Design and deliver user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for web, mobile, and app interfaces
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Maintain a user-centric approach in design perspective and practice
Requirements
- Applicant should be in the process of obtaining a bachelor degree
- Have working knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop,
Adobe AI, Adobe Dreamweaver etc.
- Have knowledge of web-based technologies (HTML5, CSS and Javascript) and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions
- Have extensive knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working
collaboratively with cross-functional teams including website engineers, product managers, and designers
- Should be a creative thinker with excellent design sense and strong visualization skills
- Have enthusiasm for designing and making user interfaces and user experiences
- Be able to convey ideas and concepts (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, etc.)
