Splat Paint House – Operations and Customer Facing Intern

The role

We are hiring an operations and customer service intern who is willing to get their hands dirty and learn lots on the job. Ever wondered what it would be like to work for a creative startup? Join us and find out!

Your responsibilities:

• Daily operations: inventory management, studio upkeep
• Customer service: be the face of our brand - host customers, handle enquiries online and offline
• Have an ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Research and marketing: from your interactions with our customers, better understand their needs and come up with creative ways to retain customers and attract new ones.
  
  We are looking for someone:
• People-person: able to communicate well and provide good service. This will be a customer facing job! You need to genuinely love interacting with people!
• Independent, disciplined, hard-working
• Good organization skills and attention to detail
• Interested in entrepreneurship and what it takes for a business to succeed

Good to have one of the following:

• Experience in service jobs
• Photography and editing skills with firm understanding of social media platforms

Your role will not be limited to one narrow area, but rather you will be contributing to various aspects of the business. The internship will ultimately differ based on your own experience and skills. If you are interested in art, you will have the chance to help build our programming, but no art experience is necessary.

You will be paid a monthly bonus based on company and personal performance.

To start immediately till end of 2020, with room for continuation.
