Digital & Recruitment Media Intern – Citadel Search
Are you on the look-out for something extremely unique? How about an internship where you will be able to enhance your tech and marketing skills while exploring a new skillset in executive search?

As our Digital and Recruitment Intern, you will be responsible for increasing Citadel Search’s social awareness and help to develop and drive fun social media initiatives. That’s not all, you will also get an opportunity to support our consultants with various recruitment activities.
Digital Responsibilities:
- Provide support for our website (management, SEO etc) and utilize analytical tools to better understand the source of the traffic to our website.
- Increase our engagement on social media – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
- Perform social listening and handle community management to understand our audience better in order to create effective campaigns.
- Engage in marketing campaign initiatives including designing marketing collaterals, aid in the development of a social media calendar and content to continually grow social media presence.
- Get the opportunity to use MarTech tools in order to effectively plan, create, schedule and publish content to several of our marketing/digital channels.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Contribute to business growth by conducting research to generate business leads (clients) via online job portals
- Draft unique job descriptions and qualify suitable candidates for job roles by adopting Citadel Search’s 7-step Search Methodology.
- Grow our outreach to communities to reach target candidates
- Assist in growing our cv database
Requirements:
- Interest ability to work with WordPress, HTML5, CSS
- Good understanding of Google Analytics
- Basic design/Photoshop skills advantageous
