CIMB Bank Berhad – Intern, Marketing & Communications (Marketing)

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Responsible for assisting the Marketing leads in managing the development & implementation of the marketing campaigns for both Personal & Business Banking for the Bank
• Support the Marketing leads and team in administrative tasks and processes
• Work with the Marketing leads and business unit to refine their product strategy and KPIs, and assisting to manage the overall marketing budget tracking against the calendar
• Manage external vendors not limited to creative and media agencies, printers, CRM vendor, mail-merge vendor etc.
• Partake in learning & development to upskill working knowledge and improve current way of working
• Partake in strategy building of how to improve current digital acquisition efforts and results, as well as other domino-tasks such as customer experience, digital processes etc
• Assist in any BAU tasks needed by the department

Requirements

• General Degree/Diploma preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications or currently studying for either discipline
• Organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to copy-write
• Highly motivated, able to function effectively in a high pressure, multi-task environment and adhere to deadlines
• Good team player
• Attention to detail
• Open minded and willing to learn
• Able to commit at least 4 – 6 months
