The Job

Your responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales and customer retention.
  • Being customer-obsessed and ‘in the know’ for how to best reach and communicate with our key customer segments; Food & Beverage, Hospitality and Accounting SMEs. 
  • Developing and managing successful digital marketing activities, including creating and automating campaigns for EDM, copywriting for our blog, developing a content stream for social media and more. 
  • Executing digital marketing, social media and channel partnerships to grow our audience and organic traffic and supporting users through the funnel with engaging content. 
  • Aligning closely with product and customer success teams to keep your finger on the pulse of our users’ pain points, and develop a framework to engage with them.
  • Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course-correcting using a data-driven approach.
  • Generating engaging content for thought leadership pieces, websites, social platforms and marketing collateral.

 

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

 

  • You have 2+ years of experience (including internships) in B2B (or SaaS) copywriting or content marketing.
  • You’re comfortable with the tools required for running the campaigns and writing content. 
  • You have experience creating and launching creative campaigns with a track record of ROI.
  • You’re passionate about improving ways of working for our users and making real-time data accessible to everyday businesses. 
  • You are hungry for growth - the kind we measure and the kind that propels you forward as our company grows. 
  • Prior content design or web design experience a plus.
  • Prior experience in B2B organic social media is a plus.
