• Provide support for daily BAU responsibilities such as Social Media management (content development, briefing of creatives & copywriting)
• Media Monitoring support for daily news updates
• Website maintenance for business banking business units (Commercial, Cash Management, Treasury, FIG, Corporate Banking, Islamic Banking)
• Assistance in supporting events (bankwide) such as Townhall, Walkabouts & Webinars
• Working with internal designers for all creative assets required (eDMs, website pages)
• Managing the Podcast account & performance reporting
• Monthly reporting of Website traffic for business pages
• Maintenance of business website (updating of content, creation of promotional pages)
• Assist business lead with marketing campaigns from conceptualization to execution
• Track and assist with administrative tasks eg. Invoice processing, approval memos
• Assist with document vetting and production of marketing materials
