Responsibilities:

• Conduct sourcing activities
• Arrangement of interviews requested by Business Units
• Perform basic data analysis and provide insights
• Prepare reports using the analysed data
• Assist the team in campus recruiting events such as career fairs
• Administering in confirmation process for CIMB staff
• Provide support for HR-related projects/initiatives
• Other ad-hoc business partnering and talent acquisition duties

Requirements:

• Highly motivated, analytical mindset, detail-oriented and organised individual
• Able to multi-task and have good time management skills
• Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (ie. Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
• Effective communication skills, keen learner and confident disposition
