1. Maintain the attendance and enquiry for the Staff Welfare programs
2. Assist on new onboarding process matters, such as preparation of induction kits
3. Assist on scheduling interviews
4. Process of Medical Insurance (Claims) and Leave Management (Report)
5. Assist to conduct Compliance Self Testing Matrix (CSTM) and Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA) every quarter of the year.
6. Follow up on ABC Torch Recipients - torch handover arrangement, picture taking, powerpoint report preparation
7. Assist in attendees list tracking and logistics for Townhalls and Cultural Days
8. Other duties as assigned
