Job Description

Build sales forecasts based on past trends and future assumptions (events, boutique openings, incentives)
Remotely support Sales Planners during showrooms to analyze the buy and highlight risks/opportunities live
Contribute to forecast budget builds and track performance against targets
Challenge and collect insights from Merchandising and business teams to keep forecasts sharp
Monitor sell-through, stock health, and forecast accuracy by SKU; explain variances with clear root causes
Automate manual processes using Macro/VBA, Python, or Power Automate
Build Power BI dashboards to deliver smart, decision-oriented insights
Explore how internal AI tools can be applied to make forecasting and planning faster and smarter
