Merchandising

• To assist in analyzing the sales performance through sell-through analysis & propose action plan
• To assist in the arrangement of transfer of merchandise to maximize sell through % (e.g. inter-balancing, regional balancing)
• To assist in conducting market research, competitors analysis, market & product trends as well as pricing (adhoc basis)
• To work with VM on product launches, store re-merchandising & season end sale
• To assist in Staff Uniform order for Ladies & Homme (Bi-annual)
• To assist in the packaging order (monthly basis)
• To assist and participate in product training
• To assist in preparing merchandising reports requested by Regional Office (adhoc basis)
• To assist in the coordination of all stock requests (Ladies & Homme)
• To assist in sending the Ladies (excel format) & Homme (pdf format) Sell-Through reports to stores (Managers & Supervisors) on every Monday
• To assist in the management of Trunk Rack

Education & Professional Qualifications

• Diploma graduate from Fashion Merchandising or other related disciplines
• Proficient in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word), Pivot Table, Vlookup
• Timeline-oriented
• Organized 
• Takes initiatives 
• Able to work under pressure 
• Interpersonal skills
