Duties:

• Support the Client Development Manager in organization and implementation of significant events for brand recognition and sales
• Devise action plan with the objective of increasing client visits and sales
• Conduct data mining and analysis on CDM to gain insight on purchasing behavior
• Develop effective loyalty program
• Support the Client Development Manager in organizing trunk shows, roadshows, in store events and VIP exclusive events
• Create customized treatments for top clients
• Support adoption of digital tools for retail that enhance the client experience

Routine reports:

• Ensure robust client data collection and database integrity
• Leverage client database to serve business objectives including campaign management and client insight
• Provide event and treatment proposals, business analysis & event reports to internal stakeholders as requested

Other duties & reports (e.g. quarterly, weekly, or ad-hoc):

• Elite treatment planning & ROI sharing

Education & Professional Qualifications

Graduate from any field

Work Experience

• Previous experience in merchandising of luxury good and service-related industry preferred.
• With retail experience preferred.

Skills

• Strong digital and computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Good communication skills including training and coaching experience
• Language skills: English & Chinese (either Mandarin or Cantonese), other language ability is an added advantage
