Job Description

PMO Analyst (Start in August 2020)


Chilli Api Catering Pte Ltd is looking for a PMO Analyst (intern) who is passionate about managing and

running multiple web projects. Specific responsibilities of the PMO (Intern) role include:

 Support end to end implement of the Digitalization Program

 Perform detailed analysis and review of documents and deliverables

 Drive vendors to deliver day to day tasks

 Report status in structured format

 Support Finance and Procurement in invoicing and procurement

 Support program reporting in meeting coordination, preparation of meetings and detailed

minute taking

 Drive vendor and internal delivery teams to adhere to project governance standards

 Create relationships with business & technology stakeholders.

 Prepare program plans, drive execution & delivery.

 Manage scope and milestones across project(s) to ensure completion of project(s) goals.

 Identify and track project inter-dependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery.

 Identify, track, prioritize, and drive resolution of project level issues, leveraging lessons

learned from prior experience and work to address and mitigate systemic issues.

 Monitor and measure progress to ensure that the project(s) meets or exceeds performance

targets; document accurate status of project(s) within the program(s).

 Create executive level presentations and keynote messages.

 Day to day project and program management and milestone management

 Ensure projects are delivered on time, with quality and within budget.

 Contribute to daily, weekly and monthly reporting for area of responsibility

 Highlight risks on projects

 Analyse any impact from projects initiated

 Collaborate and support the teams on any BAU processes

 Participate in UAT including preparation of test scripts

 Propose and implement customer-oriented solutions

 Assist management in regular processes review

 Ensure a low level of operational errors

REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE

 Working with vendor to maintain network, hardware and software

 Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

 A bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
