Job Description
The Shipping & Logistics Intern will report to the General Manager to assist the shipping executive in the coordination of cargo, documentation between the company and external parties. He/She will learn on the job about shipping and trading of soft commodities.
Job Responsibilities
The intern will learn on the job the following
- Coordinating with Logistics, Buyer, Supplier and Shipping Carriers & Agents
- Planing shipment schedules and updates
- Follow through on necessary documents and customs formalities.
- Assist in Planning and monitoring stock to minimise carry.
- Issue invoices, debit and credit notes for overseas customers.
- Carry out first level KYC and any related shipping and logistics work.
- Assist in General Admin Duties
Able to commit at least 3-6 months

Salary: $650.00 - $800.00 per month
