The successful Recruitment Intern will:
•Assist with recruitment process including resume screening, scheduling interviews, administering evaluations and conducting reference checks
•Work with Managers and Team Leaders to devise and execute search strategies
•Provide accurate, up-to-the-minute market analysis
•Provide administrative support for team members
Requirements:
•Strong communication skills are essential
•Independent self-starter attitude
•The ability to receive, process and clearly relay large amounts of information quickly will be screened for in the interview process
•Motivated and personable
