The CTS Southeast Asia team was established in 2017 to offer a one-stop shop experience for travellers in overseas markets. We re seeking an Assistant in Singapore to support our effort in projects and operations across the region. To succeed in this role, the candidates should ideally be meticulous and well-organized. The individual will be required to juggle various administrative duties in a timely manner.
• Sourcing and launching of new products.
• Manage project plan by reviewing specifications, plan, provide recommendations and schedule changes.
• Conduct study on pricing and promotion mechanics.
• Develop and implement strategies to execute the business plan to achieve desired results.
• To update our travel solutions in our systems.
• To provide operational support to our regional teams in Southeast Asia.
• To resolve operational issues with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support the customer service operations team on customer enquiries.
- Diploma Holder.
- Able to converse in Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS office applications.
- Dependable and a good time player.
- Ability to communicate effectively, resolve customer complaints.
