Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated intern to join Changi Airport Group’s Airport Operations Management team that is responsible for managing and operating the aviation facilities located in Jewel Changi Airport. These facilities are the Changi Experience Studio, Changi Lounge, as well as the event plaza, Cloud9 Piazza.

Intern (Operations)

As an intern (Operations) within the team, you can look forward to having a hands-on experience in assisting with the operations and management of the attractions and facilities in Jewel owned and managed by CAG. At Cloud9 Piazza, an event venue located on the topmost level of Jewel, you will be able to learn and apply knowledge in the area of event management and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the facilities
  • Assist with event venue management such as sales enquiries and site visits
  • Coordinate logistics and resources for events with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Seek to constantly improve and streamline operational processes

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management or equivalent
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful and good time management
