Join Changi Airport Group’s Enterprise Digital Ecosystem & Business (EDEB) division as a Growth & Strategy Intern under the Growth, Partnerships & Strategy (GPS) team. The GPS team plays a central role in orchestrating Changi’s digital vision — developing innovative growth strategies, securing meaningful partnerships, and optimising digital ecosystem performance. As an intern, you will get a front-row seat to how Changi reinvents the digital travel experience, and gain firsthand exposure to strategic business development, internal and external partnership orchestration, as well as performance tracking in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Job Description

Value Proposition Growth
Support the identification, development, and execution of initiatives that enhance Changi's digital value propositions across travel, retail, and lifestyle domains. This includes market research, partnership ideation, campaign support, and performance tracking of new propositions. 

Strategic Partnerships
Support the team in evaluating, developing, and managing strategic partnership opportunities (both internal and external) that drive platform utility, user engagement, and business growth. This may include partnership research, proposal development, stakeholder coordination, and project follow-up. 

Voice of the Customer
Support the team in gathering, analysing, and translating customer feedback into actionable insights. This includes tracking NPS performance, supporting VOC programmes, monitoring follow-up actions, and evaluating platforms and processes that strengthen customer-centric decision-making. 

Digital Product & Innovation
Projects Contribute to the conceptualisation, validation, testing, and rollout of digital products, features, and experiments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pilot launches, product enhancements, user testing, and campaign execution aligned to business objectives and user needs. 

Admin & Project Tracking
Maintain meeting minutes, project documentation, status trackers, and action logs. Support coordination across stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and delivery of project milestones. 

Other Ad-Hoc Projects
Participate in exploratory, innovation, and strategy projects or events that support the team's evolving priorities, experimentation roadmap, and business objectives.
