Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training to instill basic retail knowledge in new retail staff
- Share retail expertise and knowledge
- Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced retail staff
- Counsel poor performing staff
- Conduct ground observations and submit reports/feedback to HR
Requirements:
- Experience in retail will be advantageous
- Retail and customer service expertise and knowledge preferred
- Good communication skills
- Observant and make good judgements
- Willing to travel to multiple locations
